One registration platform for anything that takes people in: a team, a league, a class, a band, a chess club. Tryouts, waivers and fees included, and fundraisers when the team needs more.
Tryouts without the clipboard
Families book a session, staff check them in, evaluators score on their phones, and the ranked board does the rest. Offers go out from the board and expire on their own; the next person on the waitlist is offered the place.
- Sessions with capacity and bookings
- Rubric scores per evaluator, never shown to families
- Offers, waitlists, declines with your own reasons
Paperwork that chases itself
Ask for waivers, medical forms and photos with the registration. Files are checked for malware and stored privately; form answers are encrypted. Anyone who still owes something gets a weekly reminder, up to four, so you never have to send it.
- Fees per season, with discounts, waivers and offline payments
- Staff are never blocked by a payment
- Parents register their kids; kids can register too
Fundraisers with a goal for every player
Run a plain campaign, a team goal, or a target for each player with their own link and story. Donors give on a public page; the leaderboard keeps it friendly. Only managers see who gave.
- Share one link for the team or one per player
- Progress and the leaderboard update as gifts arrive
- Fee collection for trips, tournaments and gear
One platform, the right words
Every offering has a type. The rules are the same; the words change so each group reads naturally.
