We only receive limited transaction details (e.g., purchase confirmation, transaction ID, product purchased) to confirm your order, manage your subscription, and provide access to purchased content or services.

Data Collected for Transactions

We may collect and process the following related information:

  • Purchase History / Transaction Records – Products or subscriptions purchased, date of purchase, and amount paid (excluding full card details).
  • Subscription Status – Information about your current plan, renewal date, and any upgrades or downgrades.
  • Consumable Item Balance – The current balance of purchased credits within the Service.
  • Receipt / Transaction Data – Transaction receipts or validation tokens from Helcim, Apple, or Google to confirm and validate payments.

Auto-Renewing Subscriptions

  • Some services may be offered as auto-renewing subscriptions (monthly or yearly).
  • Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of the billing period unless canceled at least 24 hours before renewal.
  • Renewal charges are applied to the payment method associated with your Helcim account (for web purchases) or your app store account (for mobile purchases).
  • Management and Cancellation – You may manage or cancel subscriptions through your Helcim account settings (web) or through Apple/Google account settings (mobile).

Consumable Purchases (Credits)

  • The Service may offer consumable credits as purchases.
  • Credits are depleted upon use and must be repurchased for continued access.
  • We track purchase and usage of credits to ensure account functionality and balance accuracy.

Sharing of Payment-Related Data

  • We may share purchase details with Helcim (for website transactions) or the relevant app store (for mobile transactions) to process and validate your purchases.
  • In the event of a refund request, we may share limited data (such as transaction details) with the payment processor to complete the request.
  • We never share your full payment information (e.g., credit card numbers or bank account details).

7. Data Retention, Export, and Deletion

We retain your data only as long as necessary for the purposes outlined here, or as required by law.

You may request deletion at any time by:

  • Clicking Delete This Account
  • Confirming the deletion request

We will begin the deletion process immediately, though some data may be retained for legal or audit reasons.
