Actavivo works like many of the apps you already use
Your home page provides all the latest information from everything you follow. Each person, group, event, and team has its own page with basic public information (Name, Profile, Posts) and private information accessible only to members and followers. The team management app offers a similar layout for each type of page, with unique features based on the specific page type.
Types of Pages
Person
The person page has everything about that individual, including their Events, Organizations, Photos, Documents, and Activities, all accessible through the Team Communication App.
Team
A team represents a sports team of the season. It has staff and links to all the team’s seasons.Using the sports team management app you can create a new season either from the team page or a current season.
Season
A season represents a team for a specific period of time in a sports team. Each season the staff, members and players can change. By default when you create a new season it will have the same staff, members and players. You can then add and remove as needed.
Events
There are 4 types of events: Games, Practices, Meetings, and Social/Other. With easy event management, you can quickly create recurring events for practices and meetings. Each event has its own page, allowing customization, event-specific participants, resources, and posts.
Schools
Safely and securely share important information about all the great activities in your school. You decide what is private to the staff and members, and what is public. Best group collaboration app to stay engaged with Alumni, friends, and extended family.
Live Game Updates
Games are a special type of event that provides real time updates during the game for family and friends who cannot attend. Get full live scoreboard support optimized for each type of sport or activity. Player names, numbers and stats easily accessible during the game.
