Your fields, your gym, your tournament
Put the places you run on Actavivo and take booking requests without the phone tag. Then run a weekend tournament across courts and fields: pools, a playoff, and every game placed on a court for you.
Every field and gym has a page
A park, a sports center, a school gym: each place has a page that says plainly how it is booked. Book here, book on the place's own site, or nobody manages it yet. Coaches stop guessing and stop calling.
- Open now and the hours, its fields and courts, a map and Directions
- Booked somewhere else? One button goes straight to that site
- Public, or for members only: everyone else asks to join
Run your place in two minutes
Find your place and tap "We manage this place". We send a code to an address at your own website's domain; type it in and the place is yours. No code possible? Send us a note and documents and a person checks it.
- Turn on booking and say who may book which space
- Every request waits on one Requests screen for your staff: nothing is confirmed behind your back
- Fees and a cancellation policy once your place is verified
No double-booking, no lost permits
A field and its halves exclude each other, opening hours are kept, and every booking has its history. Booked a park through the city's site? Say "I booked it" on the event with the permit number, and everyone sees the game is covered.
- Every event shows Booked, Requested, Declined or Reserved outside
- Move the game and the booking moves with it, or you are told why not
- Close a field for a day and everyone with a booking is told once
Every game placed for you
Say how long a game is, how much rest a team needs, and where you play: the hall you booked, cut into six courts, plus the sand courts at the park. Actavivo places the pool games and every playoff game, and lists anything that does not fit with the reason.
- Courts, mats or fields: numbered, lettered or named, saved for next time
- Move, swap or lock a game by hand; the rest stays put
- Publish: every team gets its games with time, place and court, in every family's own calendar
Scores the minute they happen
Volleyball, basketball, soccer, tennis, pickleball and fifteen more sports. Set sports show every set, like 3-2 (19-25, 21-25, 26-24, 25-17, 16-14). Pool tables update as games end, and the winners move into the bracket by themselves.
- A page for every game, with the official stream for those who may watch
- Playoff games never count toward the pool table
